2. About the Association
CDA is a non-profit international association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, with its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The Site presents the Association's programmes, events, offices and membership process. No goods or services are sold through the Site.
3. Use of the Site

4. Membership applications
An application submitted through the Site is a request; membership takes effect only once the Association's competent bodies have reviewed and approved it. CDA may decline an application without stating reasons. Documents supplied with an application (CV, motivation letter) are used solely to assess that application.
5. Personal data
CDA processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Data shared through the contact and membership forms is used only to handle the request and to communicate about the Association's activities, and is not passed to third parties unless the service requires it. Audience measurement stores no IP address; visitors are counted with an anonymous hash renewed daily. To access, correct or delete your data, use the contact details below.
